Can a roaming cowhand find a reason to settle down and take responsibility? Dare Rudd (John Wayne) likes to wander where his mood and work take him. When he drifts through Montana, he meets up with his cousin Tom Fillmore (John Mack Brown), who is a cattleman and banker. Tom offers Dare a job to drive his cattle, and Dare decides to take it when he meets Tom’s sweetheart, Judy Worstall (Marsha Hunt), and falls in love with her. But can Dare keep from losing everything when he is roped into a poker game by a crooked gambler after he delivers the cattle to the railhead? “Hell Town,� also known as “Born to the West,� is a 1937 American Western film directed by Charles Barton. The movie is based on a Zane Grey novel.
